Brief Answer:
please mee a Ent doctor!

Detailed Answer:
Hello

From your complaints i think you may be suffering from a condition called a Meniere's disease , which is characterized by hearing loss , tinnitus (ringing sensation) and vertigo (giddiness)

Please dont worry as this is a common condition and there are many treatment options available for it.

I would like you to avoid straining and stressful situations , please reduce you salt intake , avoid oily and spicy food, please avoid coffee , smoking and drinking also as all these are thought to have aggravate the problems.

I would like you to meet your Ent doctor , who will order some tests on you including an audiogram and confirm this diagnosis.

You will also need to get your blood sugars and thyroid hormone levels checked.

Please dont worry , you will be fine!!

Take care
