Question: I am a 42 year old female. I'm 5 ft 2 in and weigh 112 lbs. I have not had a menstrual cycle in 3 years. My white blood cell count is low and my estrogen level is a 0. My blood pressure is 80 over 46. Is there a cause for alarm?

Brief Answer:
Endocrinologic evaluation required

Detailed Answer:
Hi and Welcome to HCM
There is definitely problem in hormonal balance and this is too low blood pressure.

You need to see endocrinologist and check not just estrogen, but also thyroid profile , cortisol, aldosterone , insulin and progesterone hormones.

All these may affect your periods and blood pressure.

Also, you should see cardiologist. In every case this is not something life-threatening but further evaluation and detaled physical examination is required.

Wish you good health.
