Question : My BUN and Creatinine are slighlty lower then normal. My doctors do not seemed concerned. Is there a reason why these levels would be low?

Both BUN and creatinine are tests to evaluate kidney function.

This means, your kidney function is good.

No, there is no reason - possibly low hydration. If you are adequately active (good muscle mass), then nothing to worry.

When its increased, possibly diabetic nephropathy needs to be thought of. Continue controlling blood glucose level within normal range.
