Question : the platellet count, RBC and wbc are low. took 10 nos of b12 injections. yet b12 is also low

Persistence of low vitamin B 12 despite 10 injections of vitamin B 12 indicates some other deficiency also in addition of vitamin B 12 deficiency.
I suggest you to get folic acid levels also.
