Question : I have CLL mild. Started treatment last week with Obinutuzumab. My WBC went from 42,000 down to 8.5K I think this must be a error what do you think ?

I appreciate your concern

Obinutuzumab is a CD20 antibody, which mediates B-cell lysis. It does decrease white cell count. However, the only way to confirm this would be to repeat the cell count.
