Question : For 3 day I have had no appetite , extreme fatique, and dry mouth. My body also aches like I have the flu but no other signs of the flu . I also have a cough ...lower respitory .

Looks like subclinical lower respiratory tract infection.

Oral analgesic for body pain and steam inhalation with antihistaminics for cough can help you.

If fever develops, course of antibiotics would be needed.
