                                            Question : My toddler had a temp earlier of 99/100 and now shes asleep and her temp is showing 95.7 & 96.6. Why would it be so low? Should i take her to the er

If she's otherwise normal dont worry

Hi...sometimes ambient temperature can cause this. If she's others wise active, voiding uribe well...don't worry.
If she's not active even after waking up then take her to the nearest emergency room.
Low temperature can be caused by ambient temperature, sometimes infection or sepsis and anticipated pyretic medications or recovering viral illness.
