What Causes Low Body Temperature When Diagnosed With Diverticulitis?
Question: I was diagnosed with diverticulitis and am now off the antibiotics. I am still feeling rundown and now have a body temp running between 95.4 and 96.5 (oral). My question is this enough of a concern to not wait to talk to my doctor monday?

Temperature of 95.4 to 96.5(oral) is below the normal range which has many causes like infection, some drug intake, alcohol intake, liver failure, sepsis, hypothyroidism, stress and insomnia and in present scenario may be due to infection .
So I will suggest you to please visit your nearest ER and get your total Complete blood count as well as other relevant investigations as applicable , to confirm whether infection is there or not.
If infection is there then you should continue with antibiotics as per relevance.
