Thank you for your question.

You are describing the following symptoms: low energy, lack of motivation, weakness, fatigue, all in the setting of stress from losing your job, financial strain, and stopping your antidepressant.

The most likely explanation here is that you are having a major depressive episode, especially given that you stopped your antidepressant medication two months ago. There are some basic blood tests that should be performed, including a complete blood count, a basic metabolic panel, and thyroid stimulating hormone. But the most likely effective solution would be to restart your antidepressant, or if you were having issues with it, starting a new antidepressant such as fluoxetine.

I hope this was helpful to you. In the future, I advise you to reach my at my private link below, to ensure continuity of care. I would be happy to be your private doctor on this website.

This is correct. .. I cant afford the medicine, which is a extra $40 a month, so any solution to that? I worked in the medical field for over 20 years and I know what things I should do, but being without a job for 6 months i have been without contact and ways of knowing. .. Also I had a hysterectomy back in December and it has changed me "TREMENDOUSLY " confusing, mind blogs etc... please tell me what i can do???

Detailed Answer:
Several antidepressants are generic and should be very cheap. Escitalopram, sertraline, and fluoxetine come to mind. Check online pharmacies too as they may be cheaper.
