Low levels of gamma globulin are uncommon and in most cases do not represent a specific disease like does high levels. Most cases include persons with liver disease, kidney disease or who are malnourished.

To weigh in more, I will like to see what the report is. This will help me determine if this could be just a borderline low or low enough to raise concerns.
