Brief Answer:
more likely to be viral fever.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX.
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
I would like to know few more information.
Since how long you are having this fever?
Is it always present or does it occur at any particular time of the day?

Based on the information you have provided, I feel it is likely to be viral fever and it only requires symptomatic treatment.
I would have done clinical examination of yours and then would have prescribed you tablet paracetamol 500 mg thrice daily for 3 days. I would also have asked you to take plenty of water, to stay hydrated. The other symptoms are because of fever and will reduce as the fever subsides.
And if the fever would not have subsided even after 3 days, I would have asked for complete blood count investigation, sputum for AFB and based on the report I would have decided in the next management plan.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.

Take care.
