What Causes Low Grade Fever, Stomach Upset, Excessive Gas And Nausea After Sex?
Question: I'm Hello Doctor!
I had an exposure which is the only one so far in my life with a CSW. I had a con Dom in place although my pennis wasn't fully.. and my semen leaked out onto my genitals. After few minutes the woman went on top and tried for a couple of times to insert it into her vagina but failed and didn't try again ; then I licked her nipples with tongue and lips,; no visible tendendernes or lactation then.
Now I had feverish feeling ( no fever 97.4 to 98. 5) stomach upset mainly excessive gas mild occasional nausea abdominal burn but no vomiting no diarrhoea mild body pain here and there burning sensation under my nose and from 3 to 4 th week. I had some prescription and I was relieved of these after 4 th week. But at the end of the fifth week the abdominal thing returned with one short spell of tongue tip burning and now in the 11 th week I am having little pain on my back of the neck and shoulders, not feeling strong on my legs and mild fatigue at the end of days work with the abdominal thing to have slightly worsened but still no diarrhoea. Dr can you Please suggest what should I do? Thank you!

You had an exposure with CSW but there is no any insertive intercourse than nothing to worry about HIV. The symptoms you had mentioned might be due to some gastric infection or IBS.
Take Tab pan twice daily before food,If symptoms are persitant then Consult physician or gastroenterologist to isolate the cause and follow the treatment regime. Forget about HIV or any other STD as there is no risk. For any further query feel free to ask me any time.
