Brief Answer:
liver function tests getting back to normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
liver transaminases level in mid 70s is nothing to worry about. The liver has remarkable capacity to regenerate. Even with this low transaminase level, we sometimes keep taking the patient drugs if its essential to patients life. anabolic steroids can cause elevated Liver function tests from drug induced cholestasis and from hepatic adenoma which has an association with anabolic steroids. If the elevated transaminases are due to drug induced cholestasis( means sludging of the bile by the drug), you should be having normal tests in a matter of 2-3 weeks or even before that as long as you discontinue taking anabolic steroids. If its hepatic adenoma, which is unlikely, in that case you also need to discontinue drugs but the transaminases and other liver function tests level getting back to normal would take some time, like in months. Hopefully your issue will resolve. There is nothing to worry. Thank you
