Question : I have low neutrophils, high lymphocytes, left pain under my rib cage, extreme fatigue.

Low neutrophils with high lymphocytes and extreme fatigue may be due to viral illness.
Viral causes are generally self limiting in nature and only requires symptomatic treatment.
Antibiotics are prescribed if there is superadded infection.
You should take plenty of fluids.Pain under rib cage may be due to various causes.You need proper clinical examination and ultrasonography of abdomen can be done to find out the cause.
Treatment depend upon findings.You should consult your physician.
