Question : I have no sperm count and small testosterone. Was trying to have a baby for a while but to no avail. Met a physician and had some test done; diagnose with No sperm count and small testosterone. I need help to be able to produce sperm and to increase testosterone

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Small testis cannot produce sperms and therefore decreased testesterone levels.

This condition of no sperms is called azoospermia meaning no sperms.

Unfortunately such condition cannot be cured and you might need donor sperms for reproduction.
