There are many reasons for low sperm count- infections, anti sperm antobodies, Varicocele, partial blockage, testicular hypo functioning, hypogonadism so until I know the report of following tests, nothing can be suggested
1- FSH level
- LH Level
- TSH level
- Report of semen analysis
- Colour Doppler Study of scrotum for vascular flow
- Serum Testosterone and SH BG levels
