Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.
Have gone through your reports, which are incomplete and done in May 2015.
Bilateral hydrocele has no impact on semen report.
Also, tiny calcifications are of no consequence. on the semen report.
A sperm density( sperms/ ml semen), of minimum of 20 millions/ml, is
needed for fertilization or pregnancy.
Also, your semen report shows morphology( normal shape and size), of 4%.
The normal morphology should be more than 60%.
So, your semen analysis shows, low sperm count and low morphology.
Now, we need to find out if there's any specific reason for this.
A male hormone level tests is a must.
It includes FSH, LH, PRL, and testosterone.
You've not mentioned about blood routine, sugar,VDRL,HIV, HbsAg, and LFT.
Your ultrasound scan should also include a TRUS ( trans rectal ultrasound).
If all these reports are normal, then show them to your doctor.
You may send a copy here, for an expert opinion.
Kindly mention about how long you've been trying for a child and present medication.
Wish you well.
