Brief Answer:
Please go to ER.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Most likely you have had gastrointestinal infection. It is quite common that diarrhea (loose motions) can cause urinary tract infection which you also have right now.
When you pass loose stool, bacteria can migrate to the bladder. Also you become dehydrated, do pass less urine and allow bacteria to grow.

As kidney infection is a serious disease (especially at your age), I suggest you to do not wait any longer. You should visit ER. Otherwise it may become life threatening. Urine analysis, blood work should be done at first. You may need drips and antibiotic.

Hope this helps. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
