Problems like low estrogen level/Pelvic inflammatory disease-To rule out.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.
I have gone through your query. Whitish discharge if it is unusual and cheesy like it is most likely yeast infection. In such case Clotrimazole (monistat) is usually helpful. In resistant cases oral fluconazole therapy weekly once for 1 month works also.
But absence of lubrication and lack of arousal gives a suspection of problem of low estrogen level. It can be ruled out by checking FSH level. As you having stomach pain and brown discharge pelvic inflammatory disease also should be ruled out. A pelvic examination by a gynecologist followed by swab and ultrasound examination will be needed for this also.
Is your menstrual cycle regular? Do you had any history of unprotected sexual intercourse?
Let me know if anything not clear. I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

A Gynecology consultation will be well appreciated.

Hi
Thank you for your follow up Query.
Still problem of low estrogen and Pelvic inflammatory disease can be suspected.Lighter periods gives more suspection towards low estrogen also. So it is better to have a gynecology consultation including pelvic examination and ultrasound examination if needed. Swab and FSH level tests also should be done.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks
