Question : i am suffering lower abdominal pain during period. first time It occurred two months back very next day of conception i felt a pinch and pain on the right side of my abdomen though i was expected that i would conceive in the month my periods occurred two days before and on the very first day i also suffered with the problem of painful and burnig urination.it was happened in the month of may. I again did the process to conceive after my periods that ends in the month of may but same happened again also have the uric acid 6.9. this month i got down on 14th plz help me

hi,

Take tablet mefenamic acid two times a day for 5 days.

Especially when its paining .

If the pain increases take tablet diclofenac .

these will help you reduce the pain.

also get a sonography done as it will help in finding cause of the pain.

Sorry for the late reply . I had a very busy night.

You most probably have a pelvic infection .

You need to get a vaginal swab and start on antibiotics doxycycline and metronidazole.

do not worry . it will heal but start antibiotics asap.
