Question : i am a 90 year old XXXXXXX XXXXXXX i would like to continue to have sex with my wife,
the problem is prior to an organism my lower become very painful,
this also occure If i masterbate
I do not use any of the meds like viaagrr of ciales ,
What do yyou think is the problem? What is your suggestion

Such symptoms can be caused by prostate inflammation, prostate cancer or urinary tract infection.
If you can find some trace of blood in the semen, prostate is the problem.
I suggest you to consult urologist. Before this visit you should have urine analysis and PSA level checked.
