What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Radiating To Lower Back?

UTI;sludge;stones;ovary cysts;appendicits to rule out
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am sorry for the situation you are in.
Before running into final conclusions, I'd like to know if you are also having;
- burning/pain during urination
- when did you have your last periods?
- have you had any previous/recent history of UTI? ovary cyst? or problems with your monthly periods?
There might be various causes to the lower abdominal pain you are feeling:
- urinary tract infection
- sludge/stones of urinary tract
- ovary cysts
- appendicitis
To determine the right cause, I advise to run following tests:
- abdominal ultrasound
- complete blood count
- urine analysis
For the moment, you can continue taking pain killers (Motrin) to ease the pain and drink plenty of water.
If the pain won't subside until you see a doctor or is getting worse, you can go to ER and get immediate testing and treatment there.
Wish fast recovery!

Your new data are indicative for possible ovary cyst...
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Thank you for your further details.
Taking into account that you have a previous history of ruptured cyst more than 5 years ago and not your last periods were in March, I strongly think your pain is related to irregular periods and most probably to an ovary cyst.
Anyway, the abdominal ultrasound and the investigations as advised earlier will help identify the right cause.
For the moment, continue taking Motrin if it is easing your pain or switch to mephenamic acid (ponstan) if Motrin is not working. Spasmex (trospium chloride) can also help.
With regards to being diagnosed with HPV 2 years ago, your actual symptoms are not indicative for any complication of HPV.
All the best!
