Brief Answer:
Could be urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms. They could be suggestive of urinary tract infection (UTI). Please get complete urine examination (CUE) done to confirm the diagnosis.

In addition, an ultrasound examination of abdomen and pelvis would also be useful in further evaluation and diagnosis.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
