Brief Answer:
Needs surgical removal of cyst and endometriosis scars.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The pain that you have is likely to be due to endometriosis. The recurrent cysts that also as large as yours causes compression of the surrounding structures causing the pain.
Surgical removal of the cyst and removal of adhesions and endometriosis scars can provide the pain relief. The pain medications can only give you a temporary relief.
The hormonal pills can reduce the bleeding thus reducing the pain and intermittent spotting. But this is also a temporary help. Do consult your gynecologist and plan for a surgical treatment.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

What questions should i ask? I would like to know how to get my overies removed as i have asked and the dr didnt approve, i have had yearly surgery on cysts since age 14, and my body is tired. If i present to er then i have surgery, and long wait time. If i go to a gyno they want to put me on the pill ( which makes them grow not shrink) and i still am in constant pain.

Brief Answer:
Surgical treatment is the only option.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Since the cysts are recurrent it seems that you are suffering from severe endometriosis. This needs a surgical treatment. There are not many options for you. Removing the ovaries will cause a premature menopause which is not acceptable at your age.
The only way to save your fertility is to attend an ER and get the cysts removed. Meanwhile pain killers can help in temporary relief.
Hope my answer is helpful.
