Brief Answer:
This is functional abdominal pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thanks for your query.
Functional abdominal pain syndrome (FAPS) is pain that persists > 6 mo without evidence of physiologic disease, shows no relationship to physiologic events (eg, meals, defecation, menses), and interferes with daily functioning.
Cognitive and psychologic factors (eg, depression, stress, , secondary gain, ) may cause efferent stimulation that amplifies pain signals, resulting in perception of pain with low-level inputs and persistence of pain long after the stimulus has ceased.
In addition, menopause increases GI symptoms in several disorders including irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, , and nonulcer dyspepsia.
There are no modalities to cure functional CAP; however, many helpful measures are available:
1.Drugs such as aspirin, NSAIDs, H2receptor blockers, proton pump inhibitors, and tricyclic antidepressants can be effective.
2.Cognitive methods (eg, relaxation training, biofeedback, hypnosis)
Dry, flaking skin is a common problem among adults, especially the elderly. The loss of oil glands (which help to keep the skin soft) is the main cause of dry skin.
The best treatment for dry skin is to lubricate, via the regular use of over-the-counter lotions. Moisturizers help to hydrate (trap moisture) the skin.
Humidifiers also help to hydrate the skin.
Frequent bathing can aggravate dry skin.
Take care and be happy
