Brief Answer:
its propably a peptic ulcer

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for providing detailed history,

Your history is mainly pointing it towards the peptic ulcer(gastric+duodenal ulcer),

To confirm it and rule at the other causes you will have to undergo some investigation like ultrasound abdomen,
Complete blood count and endoscopy,

As gastrolentrologist is expert in dealing with such situation you will have to visit him get your investigation done,
And know the exact management,

Till then you can take acid lowering drugs like pantaprazol,

Drink plenty of water, eat fresh veggies ,fruits, juices,

avoid oily,spicy,greasy food,
Take food on schedule,

Don't use painkiller as it worsen peptic ulcer problem,

Hope this information helps,
