Brief Answer:
antispasmodic medicines. get urine and stool test

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through the reports you have provided.

The superior mesenteric artery plaque is not responsible for your symptoms.

I would suggest a course of antibiotics like metronidazole and anti spasmodic like mebeverine which should help you with your symptoms.

Keep your diabetes under control as high blood glucose levels can cause the pain.

Get a urine examination done to rule out a urinary tract infection these infections can cause similar pain especially in diabetic people.

I would advice you to get a stool for occult blood test for 3 consecutive days and if it is positive then get a colonoscopy.

Hope this helps
