Brief Answer:
would normally have urinary symptoms

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that there is some damage in the kidney area but it would likely be mild since there are no urinary symptoms such as blood in the urine, discomfort on urination or change in the color/odor of the urine.

Severe pain can be associated with nausea in some cases.

In most cases of a fall, the pain is due to injury of the soft tissue, it can take up to 2 weeks for pain to resolve. Rarely to 6 weeks.

The pain tends to increase in its intensity by day 2 to 3 then plateau

Anti inflammatory medications would be most effective if you can use these eg naproxen or ibuprofen

A warm compress to the area, 3 to 4 times a day for 15 to 20 mins would also help as well.
Rest would also be important

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
