Question: Having lower back pain, neck pain and shoulder pain along with vertigo. BAck pain issue after postpartum but now incresed severly from last 1-2 months.

Usually women loose lots of calcium and Vit D during pregnancy. These must be replaced during or post pregnancy. If you did not take enough supplements you can have such joint and bone pains a year or two after delivery.
