Brief Answer:
Common sequelae after surgery, wait and see

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. These are the common sequelae of surgery involving gallbladder, take symptomatic treatment for that. Symptoms will resolve on its own. Small frequent meals, less fatty and dairy products and more fiber and fluids will help. Some antacid and antispasmodic will help the pain.

Regarding bad smell in urine, if the catheter was passed during surgery, that can explain it as likely UTI , if you have excessive frequency of urination as well as burning in it. Otherwise smell can be attributed to the surgery as bile is now not stored, so bilirubin can increase in urine and can give a yellowish tint or a color. Get a urine routine exam and we will know. UTI is the possibility.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
