Brief Answer:
Urine examination is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that you might be having a Urinary Tract Infection ( UTI ).

I would advise that you should get following investigations done :-
1. Urine examination for Routine / Microscopic and Culture / Sensitivity.
2. Complete Blood Count ( CBC ).
3. Kidney Function Test ( KFT ).

You should drink lots of water daily. You can take paracetamol 500mg along with an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg and Domperidone 30mg for symptomatic relief.
Further medical management can be planned according to the reports of the above mentioned investigations.
If the symptoms persists, get yourself clinically examined and investigated by a medical professional.

I hope this is helpful to you.
If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
