Brief Answer:
Protected sex you are free from HIV/STD.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Protected sex is always safe and HIV/STD risk is almost nil.
Pain over neck and back, dry and sore mouth and sore throat are not anyway specific to HIV and can occur to anybody.
Regarding your negative HIV/STD tests done, how long after the ?high risk activity. If it had been after 3 months you need no more test and the test done to you were conclusive and just forget about the past incident and get treated for your present complaints by your physician. You will be alright soon.

The test were after three months of indulging in high risk activity. But i want to specifically clarify that given the persistent bodily pain specifically in neck and lower back, feeling of tiredness, persistent sore throat are symptoms of any sexually transmitted disease apart from HIV and sphyllis for which I already tested negative. where these test can be done in kolkata.
Brief Answer:
Gonnorrhea,Chlamydia lead pharyngitis with oralsex
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
I understand your concern about sexually transmitted diseases other than HIV and Syphilis.
As you had protected sex, the possibility of other sexually transmitted diseases also became remote.
As you had not mentioned anything about unprotected oral sex your symptoms were quite unlikely to be STD. If you had unprotected oral sex then there is a possibility of pharyngitis due to either Gonorrhea or Chlamydia. Pharyngitis might manifest as sore throat, dry mouth, neck pain (due to Lymph adenitis).
A pharyngeal swab taken from your mouth and sent for gonococcal culture along with ordinary culture and Blood test for Chlamydia will either reveal or rule out these possibilities. Any big laboratory in Calcutta or a branch or collection center of Religare, SRL Ranbaxy, Vimta will have these facilities. But I think, when there is no oral sex, there is no question of this problem. No other STD other than these would have such symptoms. I guess your problems are not at all due to any STD.
Get well soon.
