What Causes Lower Back Pain In A Diabetic?

Question: Yes I have had a problem for two weeks started with can't take a deep breath sometimes. Have pain under right shoulder blade. Not all the time. Lower back pain take ateanol and metformin for type 2 diabetes feel anxious scared most of the time. No now 135\72 pulse 74

I can understand your concern. If you are having deep stabbing like pain during respiration especially during inspiration then the pain is most likely due to some infection. This should be evaluated properly by a physician.

If there is no deep pain but difficulty in breathing and discomfort in shoulders then that could be anxiety. But before that any respiratory cause should be ruled out.

Lowcdise anti anxiety drugs like Etizolam or Clonazepam can be used to relieve the symptoms. Talk to a psychiatrist for evaluation and help.
