Brief Answer:
Obesity, Neuropathy

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

Diabetes can aggravate low back pain by accelerating obesity which puts a strain to the lower back. It can also cause neuropathy which can cause radiating low back pain.

Do get an Xray of the lumbosacral spine and both hips and upload for my review.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
