Question: I have a pulled muscle in my lower back I took a 600 mg ibuprofen but I'm still in so much pain I'm crying.

Add muscle relaxants , ice packs, local analgesic cream and take rest.

Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
For pulled muscle, Ibuprofen alone is not sufficient.
I recommend muscle relaxants, application ICE 2hrly today and tomorrow followed by hot fomentation after 2 days. Also Local application of analgesic cream will help along with bed rest. The pain will take time to go away.
