Thanks for posting
The suffering you are going through is suggestive of muscle stiffeness/spasm of lower back leading to difficulty in bending. My suggestion would be-
.Rest,hot water fomentation along with Ibuprofen and muscle relaxant prescription only drug like thiocolchicoside helps.It usually takes 3-5 days time to subside.
It does not looks to be because of hamstring injury.
