Question : Hello, I have a pain in my lower/middle of my back and a tenderness in my front abdomen on the left side. I also noticed that one of my ribs is sort of protruding out- it has a different shape than my right rib. My lymph nodes are swollen and I've had aches and pains the last couple of days. I have been in remission from Hodgkins since 2014... could this protruding in my rib be caused my a swollen spleen... ?

Yes, possibility of spleenomegaly is more.
You are also having tenderness in left side of abdomen. This also favours spleenomegaly.
Possibility of worsening of Hodgkins lymphoma is more because you are having swollen Lymphnodes, back pain, possible spleenomegaly etc.
So better to consult oncologist and discuss all these.
Also get done ultrasound examination of abdomen to rule out spleenomegaly.
