Brief Answer:
probably muscular pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

It seems to be muscular pain since it is affected by position and it increases with movement.
It is not related to your stomach problem. If the pain is felt in lower back and is spread in outer part of your leg , it might be due to a compressed nerve in your back. This require a physician examination for diagnosis.
You should rest some days ,don't make sudden movements ,put some hot compresses in that area ,you can take Ibuprofen or Paracetamol for the pain.Massaging the muscles in that area can help .
Drink plenty of fluids.

If all this doesn't seem to help with the pain ,or if it get worse consult a physician .

Let me know if you need further help.
Kind regards,

Brief Answer:
muscular pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

It looks like muscular pain.I would suggest hot compresses in that area ,take Ibuprofen for some days (400 mg every 6 hours for 2 days). If you can take Ibuprofen gel and apply it 3-4 times during the day massaging that area, would be better because this cases less side effects (stomach upset ) than Ibuprofen tablets.
Try to rest and drink plenty of fluids.
It will be better in some days.

Take care.

ok i will try to do hot compress and if not feel better then i will take ibuprofen gel. i have one tablet emifenac can i take that?
i am unable to understand that what could be the possible reason that is effecting my muscles. means i have different very slight pains. that comes and goes. but this pain suddenly comes and its intense .
doctor
Answered by Dr. Dr. Rovena (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
Emifenac is ok.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Emifenac is in the same class of drugs with Ibuprofen ,so yes you can take it.
Well this intense muscle pain seem to be a strained muscle ,if you have worked hard this days, lifting something heavy .
Not being physically active or having a job that requires long hours of staying in same position can cause such muscle problems.

Let me know if you need further help.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
it is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again XXXX

I am glad that you are feeling better.
I had gone through the picture you sent to me ,it was clear.
If you refer to the vertical dark line you don't need to worry.Such discoloration are very common and usually don't have a known cause. It might be due to rupture of tiny blood vessels under the nail, that might have happened due to minor trauma that has gone unnoticed .
It is a common finding in nails. You really don't have to worry about it.
It doesn't indicate a disease.

Try to relax (although I tell very often this sentence you don't seem to take it in consideration).
You should stop examining in details your body and worry too much even for minor findings that doesn't have any significance. You should stop this.
The only way to try to control your anxiety is not to think about your health, and convince yourself that you have a disease.
Start convincing yourself that you are perfectly healthy.

Take care.

Brief Answer:
it is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

Usually it take up to 2-4 weeks for a bruise to go away completely. The blood under the skin is absorbed slowly. You don't need to worry about it.
It doesn't have any significance.

Feeling your face and throat hot after being in cold is normal. This feeling goes away as soon as your body temperature is adapted in the temperature of room.
Since your body temperature is normal you don't need to worry.

Brief Answer:
it is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

If you are sweating only in your armpits ,not in all your body ,it is normal.Nothing to worry about.
Sometimes generalized sweating ( in all the body) mostly at night might indicate some disease and need evaluation.

Hope it helps.
Take care.
