Question: when I wake up from sleep the lower left part of my back feels heavy and soar only when I wake up makes me very slow

but its not my back it feels like an organ that is bloated in my lower left side of my body. i know back pain , this is diffrent.

Another possibility may be renal involvement. Kidney stone or infection may also present with low back discomfort.
Get examined by a physician first and then get ultrasound of abdomen.
