Brief Answer:
Respiratory problems...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

1. Lower chest pain, lack of breath and spitting white foamy saliva when running is indicating lung problems.

2. Further investigations are needed to determine the right cause including:
- Chest X-ray
- respiratory function test
- ECG
- cardiac echo

3. There is a medical team assisting your daughter as she is a soccer. You can discuss with her doctor about these investigations.

4. I am happy to hear that she is a competitive soccer. For the moment, I advise to increase fluids intake (especially water) and to get more rest until the results are in.

All the best!
