Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
Hello & thank you for submitting your question.

Your symptoms, especially in the setting of the history you provided, raise concerns for the presence of a hernia. This can be evaluated by a physician with a good physical examination. The lower left quadrant pain may be related to this possible condition, or could be due to an entirely different cause; considerations include gastrointestinal issues (eg, inflammation/irritation).

It would be very reasonable to see your physician for a good physical examination and possible adjunct studies (imaging studies to evaluate the soft tissue structures of and around the testes, groin, and pelvis/abdomen) to definitively diagnose the cause of these symptoms.

Sincerely,
Dr Galamaga
