Question : Hello Doctor, I'm having a lower abdominal pain but when pressed the left side of my abdomen it's hard and painful and it makes me have frequent urination...Please doctor, I need your urgent response on this matter.

UTI should be ruled out...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
You are reporting to have left abdominal pain with frequent urination.
These symptoms are typical for urinary tract infection.
This is why i suggest to do
- urinary analysis
- pelvic/ abdominal ultrasound
Meantime I suggest to:
- use plenty of water
- use vit C
- use strowberry tea
If you don't have access to do the exams given above than you should start antibiotic treatment like Ciprofloxacine for 7 days
