Question : I had a partial pancreaticotomy 8 years ago. was all benighn. what is protocol now.

Considering your symptoms and previous disease, it would be good to get done Gastroscopy to rule out ulcer and some biliary and pancreatic diseases (of the remnant). Also, if pain persists, you should get abdominal CT scan done.
Till then, have easier diet, avoid any alcohol, smoking and fried/junk foods and take your antacid medications regularly.
