Pain just stay in my left lower end of my abdomen. No complaints of nausea, no vomiting no diarrhea no constipation. I do have bowel movement yesterday.
Possibility of Ilio-psoas muscle problem, spine or so.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Female/45 - pain in left power end of abdomen - on walking - no pain while sitting or lying down - no other complaints as mentioned ...
Although not a common complaint as seen in day-to-day practice the possible explanation can be as follows:
The is combination of two muscles that get activated on walking and are lying in the abdomen/pelvis at the area you mentioned of getting pain while walking.
These are Iliacus and Psoas called as Ilio-Psoas, any swelling or spasm into these muscles for whatsoever reason can cause such a pain that you explained.
I would advise you the following:
Get a clinical examination by a Doctor after telling him/her about the possibility I mentioned.
Particular test: Ilio-psoas test - in this one lying on right lateral position and the Doctor pulls back the thigh after stabilizing pelvis; may be painful.
Contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen, pelvis and spine, specifically done to find the cause and plan a treatment as per the findings.
I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
Please give feedback.
