Brief Answer:
Shin splints

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

You are complaining about shin splints.

If you have them constantly, it is wise to rest and relax without exercise for some days. Ice massage helps. Along with it arch raising with better shoes or insoles will work. Also stretching of achillis tendon is important. Reduce running mileage and do low-impact cross-training (biking, swimming, elliptical) instead.

Also there are certain exercise that help to prevent these shin splints like toe curls, heel drop, one legged bridges. You can search for these or get trained by your gym instructer.

Happy exercising and good health.
