Brief Answer:
It is probably muscular pain with cramps.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Since your right lower leg hurts only when you stand (bear weight), I would first of all like to know
- if there was any twisting injury to your ankle?
- do you seen some changes over your toes like brittle nails , tips of toes darkening etc?
- do you find very prominent thickened veins over your leg when compared with the normal leg.
- Is this pain associated with swelling
- do you smoke?

If your answers are no, then most likely this could be muscular pains with cramps. In such cases, I suggest you to take rest. Medications ( muscle relaxant, with vitamin B ), hot water fomentation , local analgesic cream application should take care of the problem.

Hope I have answered your question.

Take care
