Question : i have pain during intercourse. im 36,no kids. if my husband goes deeper than 5 inches into me I have a sharp pain in my right side of my lower stomach. this has been a problem for a while. If he goes 7-8 inches deep it severly worsens. I also feel full or bloated in that area as well. since the pain has gotten worse I am no longer able to spray upon having an orgasm. its like it wont come out. I also have this pain from tome to time with no sex involved.

Brief Answer:
Likely endometriosis or ovarian cyst.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
The most common reason for pain during sex on deep penetration is endometriosis or a likely ovarian cyst or adnexal mass. You need to get an ultrasound pelvis done soon to rule out the above. Please meet your gynecologist and get yourself examined and get an ultrasound pelvis done to establish the probable diagnosis which can then be treated medically or surgically as required.
Regards
