Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Lower right abdominal pain can be caused by appendicitis. This condition should be ruled out at first. Do not know when was your colonoscopy and CT, but appendicitis develops in few hours or days and in first stage nothing can be seen in CT and blood work can be negative.
Other appendicitis symptoms are nausea, accelerated heart rate (more than 100), pain while walking or coughing. Slight fever can be present. If you have any of this symptoms, please consult your doctor as soon as possible.
Lower right abdominal pain can be also caused by inguinal hernia or ovaries cyst.
Hernia can give a lump in the groin more visible when walking or lifting heavy objects.
If hernia sounds possible, please consult a surgeon. Gynecologist should be consulted and trans-vaginal ultrasound also done.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
