Question : I am 55 year old relatively healthy male, no medication. I have pain/discomfort in my lower right abdomen. It has been 3 days.

Pain in right lower abdomen can be due to Appendicitis or Right sided Ureteric stone.Pain will be at the same site in both the conditions.
Ultrasound abdomen will confirm the diagnosis.
Please consult your doctor, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
