Pain in the right lower part of the abdomen could be due to Appendicitis or Right sided Ureteric stone. Ultrasound abdomen will give a clue.
Management depends on the Ultrasound findings.
Please consult your doctor, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
Till then you can take anti inflammatory tablet like Tylenol/Ibuprefen.
